User Agreement

This website user agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions (the "Terms") applicable to your use of our website (the "Site"). Please read this page carefully before using the Site. These Terms constitute an agreement between you the user and Beautyline Recruitment Ltd (the "Company"). If you the user do not accept the Terms, you should not and may not use the Site. The Company may from time to time revise these Terms by updating this posting.

BY USING THE SITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ANY SUCH REVISIONS AND SHOULD THEREFORE VISIT THIS PAGE TO DETERMINE THE CURRENT WEBSITE USER AGREEMENT PRIOR TO EACH USE OF THE SITE.

Use of Materials and Content, Restrictions, Copyrights

The contents of the Site, such as text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software and other material, are copyrighted by the Company, and/or its advertisers or its content suppliers or clients.
Except as stated herein, none of the material or content of the Site may be saved, downloaded, copied, or reproduced in any form including but not limited to electronic, digital, mechanical, photocopying without the prior written permission of the Company or the copyright holder. All images are for viewing purposes only. No permission is given to download and/or save any images on the Site. Permission is granted to you the user, to print the web pages on the Site providing (i) you print only one copy, (ii) the materials and content will be used for your non-commercial personal use only, (iii) all copyright and proprietary notices are printed on the copies, and (iv) you do not distribute the copy in whole or in part to any third party or entity. This permission terminates automatically if you breach any of the Terms. Additionally the material on the Site is not to be mirrored on any other server.

Specific Prohibited Uses

The Site may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information and employers seeking information about the Company. The Company specifically prohibits any use of the Site, and all users agree not to use the Site, for any of the following:
- Posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate CV.

- Using the Site for any commercial purposes of for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.

- Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity.

- Using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activity being conducted on the Site.

- Taking any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site's infrastructure.

- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, using or attempting to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search this website other than the search engine and search agents available from the Company on this Site and other than generally available third party web browsers (ie: Microsoft Explorer).

User Submissions

As a user, you are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting. You must not do the following things:

- post material that is copyrighted, unless you are the copyright owner or have the permission of the copyright owner to post it;

- post material that reveals trade secrets, unless you own them or have the permission of the owner;

- post material that infringes on any other intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others;

- post material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another user or any other person or entity; post a sexually-explicit image or statement;

- post advertisements or solicitations of business, post chain letters or pyramid schemes;

- post material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines or engines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information.

The Company does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of communications posted by users or endorse any opinions expressed by users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other users will be at your own risk.

The Company acts as a passive conduct for the online distribution and publication of user-submitted information and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users. If notified by a user of communications which allegedly do not conform to these Terms, the Company has no liability or responsibility to users to performance or non-performance of such activities. The Company reserves the right immediately and without notice to expel users and prevent their further access to the website for violating the Terms or the law and the right to remove immediately and without notice communications which are abusive, illegal, or disruptive. The Company may take any action which respect to user-submitted information that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion, including but not limited to removing the information without prior notice, if it believes it may create liability for the Company or may cause the Company to lose the services of its ISPs or other suppliers.

By submitting content to any public or non-public area of the Site, you grant the Company the loyalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicenseable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display the content worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content. You also warrant that the holder of any rights, including moral rights in such content, has completely and effectively waived all such rights and validity and irrevocably granted to you the right to grant the license stated above. Any material, information, form, or e-mail hereinafter called information you the user transmit or provide to the Company, the Site or by any means will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. The Company does not intend to disclose information transmitted provided to us by you the user to others without your consent, except to third parties that perform services on our behalf. The Company, its advertisers, and/or the provider of materials own all trademarks service marks and/or copyrighted material posted on the Site. No trademarks, service marks and/or copyrighted material posted on the Site may be used without the prior written permission of their owner.

Warranties

The Company makes no warranty that this Site shall meet your requirements, or that this website is error free or that the quality of the services provided by the Company's website and/or its advertisers and clients will meet your expectations. Additionally, you the user are solely responsible for any damage caused to your computer system or data loss regardless of cause including but not limited to accessing and downloading corrupt or virus containing files resulting from your use of this Site or any third party website however linked to this Site.

Indemnity

You the user agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, advertisers, and clients from any claim arising from your use of this Site, or your violation of any law or your violation of the rights of any third party.

Liability Limitation

User Representation

You the user represent, warrant and covenant that:

Severability

Should any provisions of this Agreement be held by a court of law to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected or impaired thereby.

Waiver

The waiver by the Company of a breach of any provision of this Agreement by you shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach by you.

Termination

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your postings from this website and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the website and/or any other service provided to you by the Company, upon any breach by you of these Terms or if the Company is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the website registration.

Jurisdiction
